Scheduled Clinics By Appointment

COVID-19 Vaccine for ages 6 months through 11 years offered by appointment every Tuesday.

COVID-19 vaccine 1st doses and boosters offered by appointment every Thursday.

We currently carry, J&J, Moderna & Pfizer for children and adults. Please call our clinic to make an appointment. 207-992-4547 or vaccines@bangormaine.gov

Effective Immediately, the following can receive a 2nd booster shot:

  • Age 50+ can now get a Pfizer or Moderna booster 4 months after first booster
  • Age 12+ Immunocompromised can get Pfizer booster 4 months after first booster
  • Age 18+ Immunocompromised can get Moderna  booster 4 months after first booster

Our walk in clinic times are temporarily on hold. If you would like to make an appointment for a vaccine, please call to make and appointment. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Routine vaccines
  • State provided vaccines for children age 18 and under
  • Select state provided vaccines for uninsured adults
  • Rabies pre-exposure series
  • Walk-in Hours, or By Appointment
  • Friendly, expert clinical staff

Vaccine Information

Call the office to make an appointment if walk-in times are inconvenient. If you anticipate several vaccinations for a child or have multiple children needing immunization, please consider calling ahead for an appointment to assist us in serving you better.

We observe all major holidays.

Please note: Travel appointments are not done during walk in clinic hours.

    • Take Union Street to Vermont Avenue
    • Turn onto Vermont Avenue
    • Drive 500 ft. to traffic circle
    • Take 3rd exit onto Texas Avenue
    • Turn right just before “Bangor Health and Community Services” sign
    • Follow signs and enter lobby
  • Hammond Street
    • Follow Maine Avenue to traffic circle
